Confidence. Trust. Connection.
That's what I want us to build. Together.
The concept of human connection has followed me into almost every part of my life, whether through leadership, mentorship, entrepreneurship, advocacy, or the kinds of conversations that tend to go a little deeper than people expect.
I've never been very interested in surface-level interactions.
The conversations that have changed me most weren't the loudest or most impressive. They were the ones that made me think differently, ask better questions, and see something I hadn't seen before.
That's the kind of impact I hope to leave on others.
After spending my entire life navigating severe food allergies, I became deeply aware of how much energy people spend trying to adapt themselves to systems, environments, and experiences that were never really built with them in mind.
Over time, I realized the hardest part was rarely just the allergy itself. It was the mental load, the hyper-awareness, the social isolation, and the quiet feeling that life had somehow become smaller because of it.
That realization is ultimately what led me to build Asteryx, a food allergy empowerment platform designed to help young adults and caregivers take their lives back and remember who they are outside of their allergies.
Because no one should have to shrink their life to fit a diagnosis. It's about giving people the tools, confidence, and community to make them just one part of their story.
Today, I help people build confidence, navigate challenges, and create lives that aren't defined by their circumstances. Through speaking, coaching, and entrepreneurship, my goal is to help people stop shrinking and start showing up fully in their own lives.
Let's Chat →The highest-performing teams aren't built through fear, pressure or titles. They're built when people feel safe enough to contribute, valued enough to engage and empowered enough to bring their full selves to the table. My coaching and speaking work focuses on helping leaders create cultures where people and performance rise together.
Creating environments where people feel psychologically safe, seen, valued, and empowered to fully show up as themselves.
The best ideas rarely come from the loudest voices in the room. They emerge when people feel welcomed into the conversation and empowered to contribute.
The moments where people feel comfortable enough to drop the performance and say what they actually mean.
I’m drawn to ambitious projects that still leave room for empathy, emotion, creativity, and humanity.
Every keynote starts with a question. My goal isn't just to deliver information, it's to spark curiosity that stays with people long after the event ends.
Success means very little to me if it comes at the expense of connection, health, fulfillment, or impact.
I bring a perspective that sits at the intersection of leadership, entrepreneurship, advocacy, and being young enough to still remember what it's like to be figuring things out in real time.
Real change starts when people feel seen, challenged, and capable of what's next.
Because people rarely remember the slide. They remember the story.
Telling my story gives others permission to embrace their own.
The best ideas often start with a question you can't stop thinking about.
Helping people see familiar challenges through a different lens.
Thoughtful, conversational, and interactive—not just another presentation.
The goal isn't applause. It's what people take with them afterward.
A lot of my time at Texas Christian University was spent putting myself in rooms that challenged me to think bigger, communicate more clearly, and grow far beyond what felt comfortable at the time. More than anything, those experiences taught me how leadership, communication, and human connection can completely shape the trajectory of a person’s life and confidence.
Some of the opportunities that shaped my perspective
Generated $15,600 in revenue while helping strengthen partnerships and communication initiatives.
Dedicated more than 300 hours to mentorship focused on confidence, communication, and leadership under pressure.
Chosen as 1 of 30 students from a pool of 190+ applicants before later serving on the executive cabinet.
Honored alongside nationally recognized business and leadership figures, like David Robinson, Joe Gebbia, Taylor Sheridan, and more.
2025 Poets&Quants Top 100 Undergraduate Business Student — one of only two students selected from TCU.
Competed in entrepreneurship and business strategy competitions while conducting independent operational analysis projects.
More than anything, though, those experiences reinforced something I already believed deeply:
The relationships you build, the environments you create, and the impact you leave behind matter far more than titles or accolades ever will.
Throughout my life, some of the feedback that has meant the most to me has had very little to do with accomplishments and everything to do with how people felt after working with me.

Life rarely unfolds according to plan. The moments that define us are often the ones we never saw coming.
Through powerful storytelling, practical insight and candid conversation, I help audiences develop the resilience, confidence and perspective needed to navigate uncertainty, overcome setbacks and lead through change.
From universities and conferences to corporations and community organizations, my goal is simple: create experiences that challenge people to think differently, act courageously and leave better equipped for whatever comes next.
Let's build something worth talking about.
Whether it's speaking at your next event or coaching you through your own food allergy experiences, I got you.
Because if there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s this:
your life is allowed to be bigger than the things that tried to limit it.
